Philosophy & Ailments We Treat

Our naturopaths

The naturopaths at Envision Health are university-trained practitioners holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) β€” a rigorous, clinically grounded degree that spans nutrition, herbal medicine, pathology, and human physiology.

But their education doesn’t stop there. Each of our practitioners has continued developing their skills across a wide range of additional modalities, bringing a depth and breadth of knowledge that goes well beyond the foundational degree.

This means that when you come to us, you’re not seeing someone with a narrow specialty β€” you’re working with a practitioner who can draw on multiple disciplines to understand your health from every angle, and build a care plan that truly fits you.

Three dimensions that shape your health

Most practitioners assess one dimension at a time. We look at all three simultaneously β€” because chronic fatigue, persistent pain, anxiety, digestive issues, and burnout rarely have a single origin. Understanding the interplay between who you are, where you live and work, and how you spend your time is what makes lasting change possible.

The framework behind our care:

The overlap is where chronic conditions take root. Research consistently shows that stress, environment, and daily habits are among the strongest drivers of chronic illness. By assessing all three simultaneously, we can identify the compounding factors that standard consultations rarely have time to explore.

Conditions We Support

What we commonly treat

A guide to the conditions we see most often – not exhaustive. If you don’t see your concern listed, please reach out and we’ll let you know how we can help.

A Different Kind Of ConsultationΒ

Naturopathy doesn’t replace conventional medicine, it complements it by going deeper into the conditions thatΒ  allow illness to take hold in the first place.

What to expect at your initial consultation

The first appointment is 60-90Β  minutes and is designed to give us a thorough understanding of you before any recommendations are made. Email any recent blood tests, specialist letters, or health records you have prior to your consultation.
