Your Naturopath selects the most appropriate diet/nutrition plan for your individual health needs/goals

Your Naturopath then filters out (if necessary) any food allergy/ food intolerance or food aversions through a sophisticated computerized filtration system

Your Naturopath then compiles a weekly meal plan using over 2500 recipes – giving the client a wide range of recipes, with the foods you can have. In addition to this there is also a nutritional break down of each recipe and shopping lists to make it that much easier.

your Naturopath then emails you out the information to log on and gain access to over 2500 recipes that you can enjoy. This also allows for the clients to edit their own weekly meal plans still within their diet specifications and filters.
