How can i get a refill of my supplements?
We suggest, that as you are getting low on your supplements that you either phone ahead (just to make sure we have it in stock,) or just pop in and ask at reception. We are continually ordering and generally it only takes a couple of days to get in.
If you are needing a refill on your herbal mixes or Homeopathic s please contact the clinic on 07 4755 2100 and one of the naturopaths will make that up.

Recommendations: We want to make sure that you are receiving the best quality supplements,and we are dedicated to continual product development and upgrades. This is why we suggest coming to see your Naturopath every 6-8 weeks as you may no longer require your previously prescribed supplements. As conditions improve so too the treatment plans.

What if i need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that sometimes unforeseen evens get in the way of our scheduled appointments, however please contact the reception as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment as this consultation maybe of benefit to others.
No shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50% the consultation charge.

Do i need to prepare for my consultation?
No preparation is necessary, however the following information would be beneficial:
A three – seven day food diary (please see below)
Any recent blood test results
A list of any medications, dose and reasons for its use (please see below)
A list of supplements taken, brand, dose and reasons why taking (please see below)
Is the Clinic Child friendly?
There is a small play area in the waiting room with some toys. There is a Television for some of the older kids, and in the consultation room there are some great toys and coloring in to keep the kids entertained for the duration of the consultation.
Can i claim on Private Health?
Yes, depending on your level of cover.
Health provider claims are done at the time of your consultation with our hicaps facilities,
those that are not claimable on hicaps can make a paper claim too.

How long are the appointments?
Initial Consultation – please allow just over an hour for your initial consultation with one of our naturopaths.
A detailed case history is taken, physical examination and investigative procedures done to help determine the drivers of ill health.
These may include: Iridology, Live blood analysis, Vitality and longevity with cellular analysis (VLA), Kinesiology – muscle testing, Vega analysis, diet and lifestyle factors, Hair tissue Mineral analysis, functional pathology referral, nails, skin, tongue analysis and zinc tally testing.
Treatment plan Consultation – please allow up to 45 minutes for this consultation.
At this consultation we will present all the information gathered from your initial consultation, together we will work out a treatment plan and start you on your health journey. A personalized health folder is presented to you at this time. (please note: not all patients will require this type of consultation and will be discussed during initial consultation)
Follow up Consultation – please allow up to 40 minutes for this follow up consultation
this is where we will re asses any changes made and any changes still required.
